ADMISSIONS PROCESS:

Joining our school is an easy, thoughtful process that’s designed to help students feel comfortable on their first day and parents feel confident in knowing their child’s teachers.

STEP 1: LET’S CHAT!

We are eager to meet you and your family! A quick zoom meeting is a great first step in getting to know each other. Here’s what to expect:

😃 We will take about 30% of this time to engage with the future student(s).

STEP 2: Follow Through with Next Steps

📆 After our zoom call, we will schedule a time to do an in-person tour and send you our application.

📄 We will reach out to you soon after our tour to let you know if you have been offered a spot or added to our waitlist. While you are waiting, please gather important documents like Immunization Records & Emergency Contact Names & Phone Numbers.

⏰ Complete Enrollment Forms & Payment: Once we have accepted your application, you will receive a set of forms (Immunization Form, Emergency Contacts & Medical Information, Participant Waiver, and Payment Agreement). Your child’s enrollment is not finalized until we receive your non-refundable, non-transferable enrollment deposit and all applicable forms. You will have 48 hours to complete this step after receiving your admissions offer. If not completed on time, we will offer the spot to the next family on the waitlist.

📧 We will send a confirmation email with your child’s start date and school details within 5 business days of receipt.
