Recess Outdoor Adventure Preschool
Preschool is an exciting age! Children are filled with excitement, wonder, creativity, joy, love, and lots of upbeat energy. Our highly trained staff and volunteers offer unique opportunities to meet each child’s needs and provide support to the whole child.
We have expanded! We are now offering half-day outdoor preschool classes on Tuesday & Thursday mornings, September through June, in the downstairs community event room at the Toledo Public Library in addition to Newport Field Days and Family Field Trips on Fridays.
Toledo is teeming with abundant wildlife, incredible art, amazing outdoor spaces, and undoubtedly has the best weather on the Oregon Coast. Centered downtown, within walking distance to several parks and hiking trails, the Toledo Public Library is the perfect location for an outdoor preschool. Moreover, the library is a rich community resource that provides students and their families with an additional opportunity for discovery to extend their learning. We are excited that our students will get to experience all of what Toledo has to offer!
